It has two audiences: healthcare professionals, laboratories and procurement teams evaluating our diagnostic products; and members of the public seeking general information about digestive health.
2. This site is not medical advice
Everything on the patient pages is general educational information about digestive conditions and the tests used to investigate them. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace consulting a qualified doctor. Never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of something you read here. We do not diagnose, treat or offer clinical opinions through this website, by email or over the telephone, and no doctor–patient relationship arises from your use of it.

The manufacturer's current Instructions For Use supplied with the product is the sole authority on intended use, specimen type, procedure, reading time, limitations and warnings — and prevails over anything on this site.
